WHAT IS TONE.TRIM.TRAIN
TONE.TRIM.TRAIN programs are designed for everyone who would like to become fitter and stronger in only six weeks. It consists of week to week detailed exercise plan for you to follow to build more lean muscle,lose body fat or to get back on track after having a baby. I used my own knowledge and experience to design these programs. I am a mum and I know keeping healthy for my family is very important not only for me but for them too. I am sharing what worked the best for me and I believe having some guidance that takes you out of the comfort zone helps to reach your goals the best. There are no results without hard work.
WHO IS IT FOR....
Both programs are for anyone who would like to take control about their health and fitness. Its based on mainly resistance training with cardio training suggestions where applicable. If you sign up for Lean and Strong its beneficial if you have some weight training experience to make the most of the program. For Post baby fit its ok to be a total beginner to exercise. You will learn along the way.
