LEAN & STRONG

This 6 weeks program is for everyone who wants to build lean muscle and lose body fat. It is meant to be used in the gym environment to reach the best outcome. If you already own some equipment you might be able to do the program at home. Please contact My Way Fitness for further questions on this. If you do not own any equipment, joining a gym will be definitely more beneficial financially in the long run.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE WITH THE GYM EQUIPMENT AND FREE WEIGHTS.

Once you purchase the program, you receive confirmation email followed by email containing link to download the PDF file. This link in available for 24hrs for you to download after first click. Feel free to print it out or just read from your phone, tablet of laptop.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO START:

·         Access to the gym

·         Phone, tablet or laptop

·         Proper foot wear and comfortable exercise clothes

·         Towel and water bottle

·         Exercise gloves(optional)
